We (officially) did it!!!…
You won’t read any long winded explanations to the most exhilarating thing ever. Just know that we probably did something that has never been done before…NBD. Two teams…in only one year of being opened…probably happens all the time. Anyway, if you have been with us long enough (since 10/8) you will have remembered that this workout should be a very fast one. The first couple of rounds don’t quite get to you, but as you keep squatting that bar, the load just doesn’t feel quite as light anymore. Today will be a little bit different as you can choose between a Front Squat and an Overhead Squat. If you don’t have an Overhead Squat and you think it’ll be too easy with just Front Squats, then you are probably right. Go ahead and scale up so that you actually get a workout in…
